I'm looking for items that have the overall vibe of a guardian spirit or protector for

Avempace. If you've read His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman, he's a daemon. If you haven't, think of a guardian of sorts that's always with you, is basically a part of you, and takes the form of an animal.

I have a handful of protector themed items and His Dark Materials reference-y things in his TC already.

Any suggestions would be lovely!
