hello, i recently came back to subeta and found that someone has claimed my username and some pet names. i changed the pet names for free no problem, but when i tried to do the same with my un, it wouldnt let me. it just says i need to pay 1000 csc, even though the notification did say it should be free too. do any of you have any advice / experience with this? thank you kindly .)

I had the same problem! Just file a ticket and they should help you :)

You could submit a ticket and ask an admin for assistance, they should be able to help if it's not letting you change it for free when you should be able to.

I think I've heard before that the page will still say it costs 1000 CSC, but if you submit, it doesn't charge you. That said, I wouldn't try it with over 1000 CSC on hand just in case. If it doesn't go through for free it'll throw an error because you didn't have CSC on hand

i dont have 1000 csc on hand, and it didnt do anything, just told me i dont have enough funds :/ thank you for the advice guys, ill send a ticket ! :)
