I have all the requirements completed, I just can't figure out how to get a password. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do?

Just refresh the blue builidng page repeatedly until you get it. You don't actually need to know it, so don't worry about checking each page load - go crazy.

I have heard that noting down that password can help you with getting your account back in case your account gets stolen as you only see the password once. So, yes, while you won't need it since the page remembers it, it's pretty useful. (:
