I am having trouble finding this page that I remember(or at least I think I do) where you could mass move items from your inventory to your shops, vaults, and to wardrobe. I'm gonna keep looking, but I haven't had any luck so far.

I also have warning signs next to all of my shops?

the old shops were changed over to a new system, if you go to your old shop there should be directions about switching over.

also, you're looking for the quick stock page, which you can access from a shop or gallery.
