Oddly enough I'm reading about living on much more humble conditions. The kind of living my grandparents did. Let me go through it. This I want to make something of it.
I can build a 3d model choose my colors and if I want to move a window I can. I can even add things like extra windows, vents,a back door ect.. but those cost extra..
Ive already been to one of there store fronts and talked to them in person and asked some questions and talked about delivery(which is free!). the store front has tons of buildings so I checked them out the wood is decent. the doors don't stick. There is storm protection plan put on the building when you buy them it's included in the price. It's better than the one I have out back.. The one out back the roof leaks, the underneath is splitting and the doors stick ive not been able to get in it for weeks..(ive had it less than a year..im waiting on the manufacturer to come out and fix it he supposed to be out this month.) I thought you were filming with your phone? If it's just your phone, there isn't any point in paying $4k for a small shack in your backyard. If you did get a camera, you could just put it in a plastic drawer from the dollar store. From what I can understand, the little shack is simple and you'd need to spend extra money to get it fixed properly. I don't think it's worth it, imo. If anything, you could see this as an opportunity to declutter your own house. I'd do that before spending money into the void, especially if I can barely afford food like you do.
Nevertheless, good luck!

Why would you want to waste $4,000 on something that's not even important? My priorities would be food and necessities, such as toilet paper, paper towels, personal hygiene products ect ect.
I understand that product reviewing has led people to send you stuff, but that probably won't last long. And why you want to spend a huge chunk of money is beyond me when it sounds like this shack needs to be fixed. Getting things fixed will cost more money.
Now, I'm not saying this to be a hypocrite.
I love to buy books, go to Starbucks, movies and even buy CSC. But if the money isn't there, I don't do any of those things. I'm starting to realize that now.
All I'm asking is to think things through before you go wasting money on something you literally don't need (and plus, a lot of people are going to be upset).
I'm sorry but I've been nothing but helpful to you ever since you've started writing about how you could barely afford food. I'm refering to pretty much all your topics. I've been giving you helpful tips, but you always turn agressive towards people that are trying to help you out. I'm not even going to bother anymore. Good luck with the rest.

You do not have a youtube following. You're reviewing cheap products that most people would just buy to try and toss if they don't like them. Saving about $50 over 5 months means a looooong time to even begin to pay off a 4k debt. This sounds like a terrible investment. Why would you need to spend the money in such a limited time period? Could you buy gift cards or put it into a paypal account or something similar?
Honestly, I wasn't even going to post, but the more I read the more I just kept asking why. ~$200 a month is a lot of money for something you probably don't even need.
The cabin sounds like a lot of work, it doesn't even have electricity. You can't have a filming studio without electricity, so you'll have to spend more money to have electric installed, preferably professionally. Unless you plan to rely on the sun (which isn't reliable) or run an extension cord from the house for lighting (which isn't really ideal and can be a hazard). It's not insulated, so depending on how hot or cold it gets where you are, some products you store could become ruined and it would be uncomfortable to film in. And what about if the weather is so bad that you can't go out to the cabin? Do you just not film until the weather improves?
Then there's the possibility that you might not do product reviews for long enough to justify the cost. What happens if you can no longer do them before it's even half paid off? Does it just become expensive storage?
You complain about the terrible shape of your kitchen and bathroom cabinets. For what the cabin cost, you could probably get either of them replaced for around the same price or less. Which would mean better storage for your products and, more importantly, for your food. Or you could buy some sort of storage for your products. Like a cabinet, underbed storage (if your bed is high enough off the ground), or even a basic shelf (you can even use cute storage bins to put the items in).
You also mentioned noise as a reason to not film in the house. Why not look into soundproofing the room? Or film when everyone is asleep? Is your neighbor yelling and swearing after dark? If so, might need to contact the authorities if there are noise laws where you are. (sorry you live near someone who sounds rather unpleasant)
It is entirely possible to film in a small space. I've done photography on a bed, dresser, whatever surface necessary to do what I needed. If you're worried about the bed looking like a bed, you can pin a large piece of fabric (flat sheets can be pretty cheap) to hide the wall and bed to make a background (reminiscent of backgrounds like this). To have a stable place for your product to sit, hide a board beneath the fabric. For lighting, you can just use lamps you have, get some clamp lights (which can be clipped to the headboard/footboard if your bed has them), or even invest in some proper photography lighting (you can get a basic kit for ~$40).
Bed/dresser/tables/etc are good for items where you don't have to be seen. If you're reviewing a product where you need to be seen, then you can sit on the bed (still using the fabric to hide the fact that it's a bed). Just looking at the preview pictures of your videos, the backgrounds you film on are kind of busy and the lighting isn't great. I suggest using solid color fabrics for backgrounds (busy/clutter is distracting) and consider the types of lighting I mentioned above. A solid background and good lighting can do wonders and make your videos look more professional. In your Wet n Wild video from March 16th, I honestly kept staring at the light over your shoulder and the ceiling because they were distracting (not to mention there was no sound for ~2 minutes in the beginning, maybe consider adding some initial commentary as you try things on? or edit in some music? (there's plenty of royalty free music out here)).
Instead of buying a cabin, you could put some of that money towards things that can help your videos make more professional and be more enjoyable to watch. Which could mean more likes/shares/ viewers. And more viewers means you could consider turning on ads on your videos and earn some money from that.
I would also like to say that I think everyone has given you good advice and that I don't think anyone is trying to attack or upset you. We just want to help give you other options to consider and really think hard about such a large financial endeavor. Remember, tone doesn't translate well in text. Whatever you decide, I wish all the best for you.

10X16 seems overly large for your needs as you've described them. You might also run into permitting issues with a pre-fab structure that large. Check with your local planning agency before committing to a purchase.
With a $50. Wallmart shed kit and approximately $300. worth of wood you can build a secure structure with enough savings for insulation and a small solar panel for power. It took my husband and I one weekend to put up an 8X8 shed, with a reinforced truss roof that holds up to 200 pounds of snow per sq foot with no issue.
Stay away from candles, they are dangerous in a small space. Look for inexpensive camping lights instead.
Rust-Oleum Epoxy shield floor coating is around $75. a gallon at Ace Hardware. One gal is enough to cover 250 sq feet.
Go to upholstery shops for cheap remnant fabric to cover the insulation/bare walls.
Well, if I was awarded money from an injury case and had to spend it all, I'd spend it on things I needed: new cabinets, lighting, food and necessities.
Personally, it just doesn't make sense to buy a cabin. It's not heated, no electricity and it needs a floor. To store things in a hot/cold environment, you need the proper ventilation and heat supply, which I see that has mentioned something similar.
So basically you fancy yourself a YouTube "influencer" who gets PR packages and films but you don't seem to make much at it if you can barely afford food. Plus, let's face it, most of the "influencers" are young kids. I don't know how old you are but it doesn't sound like you're in the typical age range.
Look, I'm sorry but there are SO many "influencers" out there that it's extremely hard for newer people to get big enough followings to make money at it. It's nice if you're doing it as a side gig but you should only spend something like $4k if you can a) afford it, and b) it's going to make you money. If you were a big time YouTuber who was making $500+ a video, you were on every PR list and your subscriber count was growing, sure, drop some money on making a space to film in. Buy soundproofing, lighting, a good camera, boom, etc. As you are now? Not prudent.
Problems specific to the cabin:
no electricity = no lighting, fan, heater, etc. If you want to film with more equipment you won't be able to in this space
insulation and weather protection. how insulated is the cabin? How weatherproof? If you plan on keeping any equipment here it could get ruined. Even more expensive sheds, cabins, etc. can have issues with weatherproofing and can get damp inside.
costs to upgrade. You've already said you're going to need to put MORE money into this to add a floor and such. Certainly you would need to decorate if you're an influencer because you want to have an aesthetically-pleasing background. So that's more work and money going into it. The cost is already high (an extra $200 a month is nothing to sneeze at).
There's probably more but lady please listen to people instead of immediately getting offended. You've asked for help with money problems but you want to drop $4k (yes we get that there's a payment plan but it's still $4k+ total) on a cabin to use to FILM in? Can you not see how bad an idea that is??
