Should I pick weapons randomly or is there a tactic to it?

seems random to me

It does seem pretty random, but I find I lose the most when I pick the ruby dagger. xD Probably just how it feels though!

it's just rock paper scissors, so yeah it's random.

Okay, it's just that he seemed to pick the Flat Pearl Sword twice in a row, which made me lose, hence why I asked.

Also I'm cosplaying as a canonically excellent swordsman and duellist, so I wanted to win. ;P
