I think it was raised to 1.5 mil now as the cutoff between Saggi and Sarah's quests.

You were def right.. I started a Saggi quest with just over 1.5 mil and after buying what he asked for I dropped down to 1.4 mil so he wouldn't let me finish the quest until I had 1.5 again XD Others beware lol
