i was away during the whole system change for the shops and galleries.

i don't remember how i can move items from the old gallery to the new ones, i have 3 with a little triangle

and also how do i change one of those galleries to a shop to be able to sell those items

There is a drop down menu at the bottom of the shop page, Item Destination: inventory - after that is vault, then a list of any valid (new) shops/galleries.

You can't switch between shop and gallery anymore. The old shops don't let you anymore and the new shops never could.
