Quick, easy question.

Do they drop more than one item if you beat them multiple times, or just the one? If they drop multiple items is it at a set number of wins or are the drops random?

For these, this year I think they each just have the one item loot drop at 5 wins. The event challengers don't seem to have other special loot drops at other wins, like some of the normal or secret challengers do.
