I've got a couple of layer cards just sitting in my inventory. How do i use them?

They're used to make some of the wearable alchemy items in the Underground.

You have to be wearing a zombie skin on your HA to be able to create the items.

And.. how does one obtain a zombie skin? Sorry, either im too forgetful to remember anything or im just that much of a noob :(

You can get them during the Survival event, which was just last month. You might already have one unlocked in your wardrobe, but if not then there are usually some people who would be willing to make the items for you if you provide the ingredients.

I'm not sure where would be best to find those people though, I thought there was a thread for it but I can't remember where. You could try making a thread in General Discussion if no one else knows.
