Question about food

Do foods (like the neat ones from the Lounge for example) have any special uses? Are they used for collections, etc? I'm relatively new and didn't know if I was missing something with the food, besides feeding pets.

[ Flowur] some foods do have other purposes. They can be minions or wearable or readable.
There are many Achievements tied to your pet eating certain foods, all of your pets eating a lot of one kind of food, and for your pet eating a lot of food altogether
[ Flowur] You can also collect them in a gallery or TC if you wanted to. I have a pet whose TC will (someday) be full of candy, and I've seen a bunch of people whose pets are bakers or collect alcohol

There is also a High Score Table for pets who have eaten the most foods ^_^
