Isn't that...over 10 years? Shouldn't I have my loyalty box now? My new Steamwork Tigrean is riding on this - someone's holding him until I have a slot open and I don't want to make them wait.

The number of years isn't measured by a set number of days in a year, it goes by the exact day and minute that you created your account (which means leap years and stuff can cause some weirdness with there seemingly being extra days or something).

Your profile says you joined on March 13th, so you should be able to get your loyalty totem sometime tomorrow.
