I've been away from the site for almost a year i think, and i just came back to find random bathhouse rewards i can't remember, and an achievement for 60 visits to the bathhouse? Was that always there or is it a retroactive reward? Or have gnomes been visiting the bathhouse for me....

The achievements were added a few months ago, and they did make it retroactive so you should have been rewarded the tier for the highest consecutive number you had ever reached before you quit going.
