Is there a page explaining how it works? Who gets nominated, how they get nominated, etc? I always love looking at the pets who win every day, but I don't know how they got in the running or what, and I'm just curious how the whole thing works :)

I've never entered a pet myself, but I noticed on this page (link), there's an option for you to select pets that are finished and ready to be nominated.

You're not supposed to ask people to nominate your pets for you according to the rules, so I'm not entirely sure how the nomination process really works, but I guess if people see your pet's profile they can choose to nominate your pet if it's ready and they like the design and stuff. Then it gets reviewed by the staff members in charge of the spotlight.
