you can sell CWs for CSC in your shops already.
It would be very bad economics to allow sP items to be sold in shops for CSC, so I sure the hell hope not ever for them. You can ask for CSC if you put an item in Trades already. This is bad enough.
Highly unlikely. I haven't been able to find a reference to it, but I vaguely recall staff saying that they didn't want any currencies in user shops other than sP. Adding CSC for CWs was a response to massive complaints about closing the CW section of the pawn shop.
