I missed all of you so much more than I could ever express. Mental illness is a bitch. I am back on track with seeing my psych, therapist and family doctor. I'm starting to do right by myself, my family and my friends (who are family anyway, who am I kidding lol). Communicating is getting easier, but I know a lot of you are with me on those feels, so I'm really trying not to guilt myself. (struggle is real haha) Isolating myself was such a bad decision and I know it. I need my friends. YOU. EACH OF YOU.
