In this case it is the name and name only that's up for grabs. I'm just checking if anyone would like this name before I buy my new pet name.
Dictate is the name UFA. Pretty much if you are interested let me know and we can coordinate you getting the name. If after a couple days nobody replies I'll just name change my pet anyways.
