Unfortunately, his profile got eaten in with all the new updates to the site and the users who I commissioned his profile/overlays aren't active on the site anymore. I just don't have the inspiration to buy a whole new profile all over again so I'm placing him UFA. 49 TC slots - nothing will come with him. I don't need a lengthy application. Just an idea of what you want to do with him will be fine.
