Mexico was adopted a couple months ago and I really love his name, but still couldn't come up with a nice color/species for him, and his TC is still kinda empty /; also, he doesn't have a minion yet (yeah I did nothing all this time) For his TC, I'm mostly looking for mexican related items. I'm not mexican myself, so I don't [I]really[/I] know what to do :T here he is! All and any help is appreciated!

& for the TC? as for pet species... i dont know, i keep thinking of graveyard pets with a cool sugary overlay (like not "sad"/evil/ugly looking graveyards, but like, exposed skull but with lots of colors (and no actual rotting skin?)? :D ) Graveyard Manchu/Neela/Telenine i think the Blacklight (colors!!) and Sweetheart are also good (if you take off all the pink) Sweetheart Antlephore / Harvester Blacklight Ontra / Paralix / Wyllop or Pherret (I really like the tiny rainbows and all the colorful aspects of these xD) Or reborn, to represent warmer weather? Reborn Aeanoid / Bovyne / Darkonite / Donadak / Serpenth / Telenine?

Honestly "Day of the Dead" immediately popped to mind as an idea if that inspires you at all? Back when I took my Spanish class years ago, I was really intrigued by it, anyway.

There are variations of the beanbag and I figured the portraits could be like, a picture of the deceased that is being remembered.

I also think Blacklight would be a fitting color in terms of Day of the Dead, with all the neon and bright colors and whatnot.

CHURROS! How could I forget Yesss, graveyard pets with exposed skulls would fit nicely with a calavera overlay! But I like the reborn serpenth idea... like, a lot. There's a aztec divine creature called Serpiente Emplumada (translates to something like feathery serpent and it's usually represented as a winged/flying serpent) and a serpenth would fit so, so nicely to it o: I'm excited about this idea!

I'm fascinated with the Day Of The Dead idea too! I honestly didn't knew there were portraits like these on Subeta and I surely will buy one or two (or seven) when the Menagerie is open! Also the candles are a great addition to Mexico's treasure c: Blacklight is indeed a very fitting color and I'm [I]really[/I] considering it. Maybe a blacklight serpenth?

And , do you by any chance mean Quetzacoatl, the plumed serpent god in Aztec lore if I remember correctly. The Mayans prior had a similar plumed serpent god named Kukulcán.

I like the black light idea, would work really well color wise for a day of the dead overlay if you decide to go that route but was actually going to suggest a serpenth originally because I thought of Aztecs then Quetzacoatl originally.

Yes, Quetzalcoatl! Serpiente Emplumada reminds me of how we call it in my language, so it was what came to my mind at first. I like the serpenth idea a lot and I'll go with it, but still couldn't decide what color (blacklight is my favorite at the moment, but reborn is v nice too :T )

This experiment reminds me of El Chupacabra a lot, I like it! I love this piñata bovine <3 it's so colorful! And the reborn one is indeed muy caliente and looks really angry/rad (I guess reborn is a very good color for Mexico) Thank you for your suggestions! I'll considerate the idea of using the skeleton experiment with a overlay since it looks a a lot less [I]evil[/I] than any graveyard pet lol
