for the record tried in both chrome (+ incognito so w/o cache) and firefox

whenever i try to drag and drop a crystal, it just... swoops back up, no matter the weapon.

turned them off, but still nothing. also, extensions don't transfer to incognito (and i don't have any in firefox bc it's just my dummy browser for situations like this), so technically i already tried that before doing it manually now.

edit: for good measure i also cleared my cache just now and still nothing

Can you still use crystals from your inventory? I can't use the drag-and-drop screen because I'm on a tablet, but the other method works fine. Of course, it doesn't solve your original problem, but at least you'll get the job done ^^

just tried again, using firefox, adblockers on and off, and still no luck of the crystal sticking. hmm.

I tested and was able to get it to work as intended on Firefox.

What crystals have you tested with? Have you tried putting it on multiple weapons?

some of what i could find in my vault. and , and yeah, i tried using multiple weapons yielding no response. i also gotta mention i have no idea what this workaround you mentioned is.

No workaround! I originally had posted I had the same issue, before realizing I was just trying to drag a crystal from one weapon to another.. and that wasn't the right thing. Once I grabbed a crystal from a shop I was able to drag and drop add to a weapon.

Does it look like it's going to the item, or does the grab part not even work? Once I click the crystal it follows my mouse. Do you get a popup when you click on the slot you want it to go? Is this on a computer or mobile device?

i can drag the crystals, but they don't stick to any of the weapons. no pop-ups that i'm aware of, no. i've been doing this on pc, not mobile device :)
