I am having problems with the pings. I get some, then I don't get others. It seems sporadic, because the same ping will ping me from others but not from my thread. I am a member of these pings and the mute option is turned off. I already opened a ticket but I was told to post here about it.

I had this happen with a personal ping today. It never appeared in my notifications nor my ping history page and I only saw it because I re-visited the thread and saw the post.
