clothes go in your wardrobe, for your avatar, pets cannot be dressed though you can customize them with custom overlays, this requires you providing the art yourself or commissioning an artist

sp is best made by doing quests, you can get 2mil+ daily from doing them, more if you sell the items you got from the quests

yes, intel is related to how many books your pet reads, you can also get intel points from various potions/items, randomly from the job agency when collecting sp for your pet

Quests and restocking are usually the two main ways to make sP. You can add the quest widget to your sidebar here for quick links to the different quests. The site shops if you want to try restocking can be found at the top right-ish of the screen, under the commerce dropdown. That's also where you can find a link to create your own shop.

Yeah, there are other ways to boost intelligence but it increases also with the books you read to your pet
