I am playing with an r99 toy (White Electric Guitar) with my pet. It isnt popping up that I got the Rare Toy Achievement.

Do I have to go to another page to proc the achievement?

Is the toy actually disappearing? Playing with toys only counts if your pet is at less than 10/10 happiness. If you have a minion attached to your pet or if your pet is in the resort, its happiness will stay at 10/10. So you'll have to remove the minion or remove it from the resort and let its happiness go down some to be able to play with the toy properly and have it count.
