Im looking at a foreclosure do to being 2 months behind in payments. My electric I can't pay so it's getting shut of the 19th. Im eating white rice and instant ramen. I don't get any more funds till next month. a loan is not possible.

I have some A.Byer shirts there not stained or anything like that..and I also have some other shirts.. would it even be worth it to try and sell them online? shipping can be pricey..buyers will lie and claim they never got the item and that they want there money back(I had this happen once luckily I had a tracker proving the buyer was lying) I used to use ebay been awhile since I sold anything though.

Things to do I will be washing clothes,bedding,ect.. early on the 18th. DONE Im going to have to find and wash up some jugs to put water in.. don't have any.. Got to remember to charge up the flashlight( it's got a built in battery you charge with electric.) this is done.

Ive got no clue what to do when they foreclose.. Ive got no place to go my cat(she is fixed) has no where to go..Pounds are overflowing with animals..

Is it possible for you to do jobs that does not require to be declared under state laws? I know you're on disability if I reckon correctly. Selling online is tedious and it takes quite a while. Are there any charities that could help you out? Friends? How much do you need to pay in order to avoid foreclosure?

Yes im on disability and in need of leg surgery. I can not lift anything over 10 pounds. Sometimes I sit down and my leg catches and I can't get up for awhile. Now my kidney doctor want's me to have surgery on my bladder.. So ya this year is one big mess..

My area was hit with a flood and all the local places are out of funds(they never even helped before the flood though)

Last I heard it was $400 payment. 16 thousand to pay the debt off.

That's quite a difficult situation. Since you cannot find a job and are on disability, it's going to be tedious. Are there any people that can lend you money? Would a Gofundme even work out?

Alright. I am in no mean a lawyer but I deal with these type of things a lot so I can give you a few tips. Filing for bankruptcy should be your last resort because you may end up having a bad credit, a debt and losing your house either way. I am assuming you owe money to the bank, right? Have you contacted them regarding your situation? What was the reason for not contacting them when you skipped your first month?

If you cannot find a way to give them a part of what you owe, you may lose your house. Have you had issues like these before in regards of paying your house?

I don't owe the bank on my house. I owe a loan shark. Original owner died there was a judgment on the place(we didn't know it) so we had to borrow and use the house to remove the judgment. There is a lean on the house where we had to borrow against it to pay the judgment off.

If we didn't pay the Judgement off we Would have lost it when the person died.

Has the loan establishment contacted you in any way (letter, a call, official paperwork through recommended mailing etc) It's unfortunate, but if the loan is legal and made in due respect of the laws, you may need to find a new place to stay if proven unable to pay. Since when did you have issues paying rent? Is it the first time? Can you reach the loan company?

it's not rent. if it was rent I could I could get file for rent reimbursement. The loan shark is holding the deed but my name is on the tittle and his as the lean holder.

yes it's a legit place. I already talked to Lawyers and they all say the same thing the man is crook. Igot letter saying I was a month behind and now im another month behind which would result in foreclosure. The man won't let you go 3 months without a payment. I know others who have dealt with him and lost everything. He even raised my monthly payments after sending me the notice(the 1st time) that my payment was late.

So you were a month behind. What happened? This is also your own responsability as well. If you cannot pay your house, find a smaller place that fits into your budget. I'm not sure how it works in the US, but he may not be able to increase monthly payment out of nowhere. Talk to your lawyer about it.

I know there is no way out of the contract. I talked to multiple lawyers(some not even in my county) My life is a living nightmare. between surgeries and car wreck I was in and my mother(she has major depression) I just wanna SCREAM! My mother took out loans and wasn't able to pay them back she filed bankruptcy but one of the places harassed the crap out of her and stalked her till she gave them money.(they even approached the vehicle she had at that the time going off on her). cops in my area are a JOKE!(I was a minor when all this was going on so I was not involved with the bankruptcy)

We have a joint bank account.. I have no clue what all she has done.. She had a cell phone plan and I had a cell phone plan that's all I know. other than there is no money in the account. Her cell still works mine has been shut off but the government approved me for one of those free government cellphones. No I can't talk to her she is not stable right now. Her doctor said she is a HIGH risk of cardiac arrest.(heart attack.)

Ive had stuff stolen out of my house that I had not paid off..(cops again are a joke they do nothing they did not even file a report or come out to my house) SO I had been paying on stuff that was stolen cause the company I was buying it through did not care it was stolen they said I was still responsible for the payments.

Stress is getting to me. Im washing laundry. I filled up my cats water bowl to top of the rim.

I only need $200.00 to pay the electric bill to avoid shut off. So far ive not had any luck with any of the local churches they all act like they have something better to do than talk to someone who isn't part of there circle.

Ive sold over half my perfume collection(I got all of it free) ive sold body butters and even trading cards..Im out of all that stuff though. SO ebay had helped me in past but the % they take I would sometimes only get like $1.00 per card.. cause of shipping and ebays %

So you have 2 months of rent due and your electric bill as well? I'm not trying to be rude nor alarmist, but I think your house is too expensive for you to be comfortable with the money your are getting from disability. I know it is a stressful, tedious and horrible situation. However, you need to secure a place to stay for now if your house is undergoing foreclosure in the near future. Your best advisor would be your lawyer. Are you going to lose access to water as well? If you are, fill up any pots and pans, water bottles, containers etc that you can use.

I was paying less than 300 a month. now it's raised to $300 a month. Funny thing is my house insurance is payed for the entire year..It got paid in January and is good through December of this year.

The appraisal was CRAP the place gave they did not even look at all the property.(I have 2 back fields there small but you can't see them from the house and the appraiser did not even look at them.) Another place did it just as a favor and said I got RIPPED OFF cause the crook only put what his appraiser LOOKED at which was only half the place. Interest rate on loan is 15%. but like I said at the time we didn't have any other choice..

Around here you can't find any places for under $300 a month. Plus the flood took out over half the town.

Oh also I don't have a vehicle so it's not like I can go look for a place. My insurance pays the local transportation company to take me to and from my doctor visits since I am disabled they can even take me for any surgeries and bring me home since they are a medical transport service.

Well my laundries done. Warming the bathroom so I can take a shower. (it doesn't have a floor vent for some reason so I have to plug a electric heater in the room to shower or the room is cold.

That's another thing my furnace is electric but my heat is gas..So without electric there is no furnace so there is no heat. It's been cold at night day time has been hot! some days and other days it's like wear a coat all day.

Everything is because of a dead persons debt and my mothers debt(her bankruptcy did not swipe all her debt away) all fell on me. So ya my life has always been sucky. It's been both me and my moms income getting hit now it's to the point there is just WAY to much bills. and over half of them are my moms and the dead persons. My mom's in debt cause of the dead person cause they where married so the debt fell on her.

anyway ive already accepted the fact my life sucks and most likely always will suck. My town only cares about pot and drugs. My town is actually nick named the pot capital.. cops don't do nothing though cause most of them are on drugs so hey Life sucks.

Also I never asked for a way out of the contract(I already knew there wasn't one) I asked about selling shirts online..and was hoping for some people to try and give advice on things since I would be without electric,heat,and water its all powered by the electric.

I lose my electric in a few hours. My mother already is close to have Pneumonia according to the doctor.. So ya this will just make things even worse. So if I seem snappy,rude,hateful or whatever right now im very close to the breaking point do to everything going on. I will not even post everything else going on.

UPDATe feb 22nd I got a few days extension on my electric bill. Sadly not enough days to hold out till I get my check.. so on the 27 is shut off.
