Got her from the pound and zapped her for a while, thinking I might eventually turn her into one of the pets I wanted to make, but I've decided to adopt her out instead. You can rename her for free because of the underscore + number name. No special stats. No app needed.

Edit: species/color/gender subject to change as I'm still zapping.
