I've had these items on my wish-list forever and I would love to know:

A) Whether they do anything special, such as being combinable with other items or usable in some way. B) What event or location on Subeta they originate from. Subetalodge can't help me with these.

Those sets were limited edition. Sometimes they show up in the Free Shop, and I think a few pieces were random drops for Throwback Thursday battle coliseum Challengers and no longer possible to get. All of them are weapons and shields and give you a set bonus if equipped all together in addition to being wears. You can find similar wears in the Antique Shop as part of sets from the Manwar/Nico site event.

Lucent (broken) was never supposed to be gotten and was meant to be a Saggitarius only weapon three iterations ago, but got asked for in one of those Suggestion threads "bring back this item" I think it was in the Crystal Shop four months ago for an obscene amount of Humming Power Crystals. I think it's also a weapon, a weak one.

I have no idea about the Box

I think the Party Bag gives you party items none of which are particularly valuable. I think it came from one of Keith's birthdays or a Trivia Question?

[item=lucent (broken)] wasn't added to the crystal shop, it was added to the battle shop when it had a stock refresh last year. it's 150 impossible tokens.

oh that's right! Thank you for correcting me on this.

It is still there after they cleaned out all the modification crystals, so it is still gettable.

I dunno if you battle but I only have around nine hundred impossible tokens myself over all time, so the price in usershops for this is pretty cheap, considering.

is there a use option? googling it gets me the directory page, but that's not all that helpful either, since it just links back to all the gift boxes. i don't... think they do anything? i'm not even sure if you're supposed to be able to get them o:

I do battle, but my pet is only just about to be tier 8, so I don't have a single impossible token, lol. Do you know if there is a list of the best weapons per tier based upon what they do? I really need better weapons.

Edit: I don't know anything for certain, but I am guessing that it does something, because it once upon a time cost 50 CSC. Subetalodge has this in the notes: "This item is either unobtainable or can't be stocked in user shops/galleries."

Holiday Cash Shop Gift Box - I think there is or was an option in the cash shop to buy someone a gift. I don't know if it was a random item or something else, but the box is the image the giftee gets, like any gift center box, it doesn't exist onsite as an item, just an image to point to. So it can't go into TCs or be bought and sold in user shops.

as for battling -- it's been a long while since i was t8, but there are a few threads you can check out! [topic not found], Set advice, 250m to spend, Help! Finally tier 8, need an update should all be good places to start. you could also start your own topic in set advice o:

what qualifies as 'best tier 8 weaponry' varies considerably across the battle community. I think that a combined legendary pair plus a Sentinel is awesome at tier 8, although less so now that you have to struggle to get your modification crystals. Two combined legendaries gets you eight mod slots, which is like adding a whole other weapon. Not many other battlers would agree with this.

There is a Set Advice subforum in Battle and you can ask there , and you can also look up 's pet named 'tier 8' to see many of the older tier 8 weapons in their treasure chest. She has them marked out by what icons they do.

I don't think a t8 pet can take out any Impossibles even with a good weaponset though.

No idea what the Tentacular Potion does.

As far as I know no one from SubetaLodge has ever been to a meetup so this info is third hand at best.

I have been to a meetup . The Tentacular Potion used on a pet gives you the Experiment 333 with teh fluffy toy dog that has l the little bitty tentacles . This was brainstormed up at one of the meetups in the United Kingdom. The meetup I was at at Disneyland Anaheim also had both and and this is where the Xotl was brainstormed up.
