TC help for drugs/90s/a broke garbage child

SO I just recently adopted Dependency from the wonderful , and I'm totally dead when it comes to finding stuff for his TC. I've spent a while flipping back through the Subeta Pets board, and I'm still having trouble. I'm gonna generally fill his TC with druggie/dealer items, things that fit a 'totally broke and living in your car aesthetic', and stuff for a guy who in general is very 80s/90s and lackadaisical. He's also got some themes of being that person who's got self esteem issues/anxiety/depression but seems like a happy laidback person since that's what he thinks people want him to be. Boy am I tired so this description is jumbled, but for a better idea I'll put the short blurb I have for him under a spoiler! Also here's a link to his current wishlist. Click.

Ben is kind of my laidback 80s garbage child. I say that with the utmost affection. He's both a drug dealer (of pretty much everything) and depends on them heavily (though he's never recognized it), but also probably the chillest person you could meet. You can usually recognize him on the street because your first thought would be "what the actual hell is that dude wearing?". And truthfully it's probably something he found at the bottom of a goodwill bin or has been hidden in the back of the closet for twenty years. He's very thrifty, mostly because he's so in debt since he has trouble overcharging people for what he sells and rarely makes a profit. He also gambles. A lot. His only living place is the car he won in a bet, and the car is a hunk of junk that should have been put out of its misery a long time ago. He is the worst decision maker because his plans usually involve no plans at all and he doesn't think twice about danger and usually has a near-death experience from doing something stupid. He's the kid in school that stuck forks in electrical sockets, licked frozen poles, and would probably have eaten a tide pod if it had been a thing. Why? Because why not? He's a really foolish person, but he's still at least kind of adept in some areas. He's a good mechanic, which is the only reason his car's still running. He also does slam poetry, which can sound beautiful and deep, and he'll let you think that, but it's usually about drugs. He's got a silver tongue and has talked himself out of a lot of tight corners, but this usually lands him on people's shit lists and there's a lot of people who would probably break his face in given the chance. He can be a liar both defensively and because he thinks it's funny, but he'll usually let you in on the fact that he's lying to your face with his shit-eating grin. He comes off as if he could care less what you think, and usually that's true, but he is fairly insecure deep down and can be sensitive about things. He's overall a shit-tier with dimples but still has at least a few good qualities.

God pls save me I think my brain has been liquified from all the items I've gone through.
