Intro:
Years ago before the turtles came to be.
There was a man by the name of Peter Gant. He was working on a new project. A project that could change how the world works. But he knew there be spies. So he ran taking his project with him. But what he didnt know that one of his bottles broke and the liquid dripped through a sewer onto four baby pet turtles and a rat. You know the rest.

Years after he found out about the turtles. He went to meet them and asked for them to work for him. But they refused. Mad he told them he would come back. Back for revange with other mutants to help him. Though he forgot that there could be mutants to help them too. Maybe one that could be right under his nose...

I don't watch the show much, but I do have a fancharacter I came up with named Lackluster. I might try and use her if it's allowed. Also, I'm willing to play as one of the turtles too.

Name: Lackluster Age: 29 Gender: Female Looks: She looks like a rather grotesque angler-fish type mutant: almost like a giant algea-green Angler Fish with arms and legs. Her dangling light often times flickers like a lightbulb with a short-circuit. Crush: Open History: Considered an early prototype mutant, as she was created when scientists were just experimenting on turning animals into humanoids. However, her abilities were considered sub-par, as was her intelligence. Her arms could barely reach out in front of her face, and while they did bestow upon her an ability, it wasn't a very strong one. Also containing DNA from electric eels, she could charge up her light with electricity, then throw out an electric current by flailing out her light. ...But this was not a very long-randed power, and could only be lobbed short distances. Because they found her useless and almost harmless, she was discarded to the sewers where she has more or less served out her days. ...Until the turtles found her. As it turns out, Lackluster loves pizza about as much as the turtles do, and with a simple bribe, Lackluster generally considers them friends. Often times when the turtles need extra help they allow her to accompany them. Mutant or human: Mutant Other: The original idea for Lackluster was that she was a male character. In real life, however, male angler fish are nothing more than mindless remora to Female Angler Fish, and generally when people think of Angler Fish, they think strictly of female anglers as males generally look nothing like their female counterparts. Also, the name "Lackluster" could arguably be a reference to her state as a considered "failed" or "Lackluster" experiment.

Becca raced through the streets of manhattan. It was in the middle of the night and she didn't trust anyone as this was her first taste of freedom.

Little did she know, she was being watched. In the sewers, a ghastly looking yet harmless creature had come up from the sewer for a few seconds to see the sights. She had never gotten the chance to come up during the day, and chose the night time to pique her curiosity. That's when the creature saw Becca running through the street. The creature couldn't help but wonder what she was running to or from. Still, the creature was unsure if it was concerning enough for her to follow Becca.

Lackluster, at first, didn't think she had a reason to follow her. She then realized, however, that she was kind of hungry, and she had turned into an alley. Lackluster decided to go toward the alley where the girl had went into.

she sat by the wall and sighed. She was free but homeless. Not to mention hungry. She sniffed the air scenting fish. She stood up and went to a trush bin.

That's when Lackluster approached her as she went to the trash. The first thing she said was "Food... you have any food?" she asked. Lackluster started sniffing the trashcan. It was hard to tell if she was threatening or not.

"fish." She answered

"Huh? Me?" Lackluster asked. "Or do you have fish? I could go for some fish." This suggested that Lackluster wasn't entirely dangerous, but something was still offputting about her.

"You don't say much... hoooman," Lackluster said. Lackluster's eyes darted to the trash bin and she started to search through it for food. Just then, she pulled out a slice of pepperoni pizza. "Haha! Perfect!"

becca crossed her arms. "Im not really a hoooman anymore."

Lackluster tilted her body to get a look at her. "You LOOK human to me," Lackluster said.

her tail uncurled around her gips and she took off her hat. Her ears perked up. She looked at her and her eyes where slits. "Beileve me now?"

"Noooooo," Lackluster said, staring dumbfoundedly at Becca.
