My anxiety has been through the roof lately. My fiance keeps saying I rock while sitting and I don't even notice it. I've been taking my meds (lamictal and wellbutrin) but neither are controlling the anxiety. And it's over stupid shiz too... Like tomorrow. I'm a giant ball of nerves because the roads are going to be bad (snow/ice storm...hurray). There is no way in hell the store I work at is gonna close, so I have to risk life and limb to go to my crappy dead end retail job.

I have tried my coping skills, signed back up for counseling/med clinic (one month waiting list), etc...NOTHING IS HELPING.

Advice please?

(EDIT) I have an appointment today (2/14) to get set back up with counseling]]

I wish I could help. But I will say you're not alone! I myself get anxious over the roads in bad weather so I feel ya on the icy stuff! I have anxiety over regular driving let alone when cars can become giant sleds.
