I am going to get this minion for my new pet I will be creating what I would like to know can this minion be a chibi tried looking on subetalodge but it is not working fight just now.Can anyone help me please

If you mean a chibi overlay, I'm sure you could commission someone to make a custom overlay for you? Minions can have overlays just like their owners.

But if you wanted the minion to come in a chibi form.. tough luck. Sadly, unlike another petsite, minions don't usually come in variants unless they're, say, Matter or a Blob Kitty.
