So I've recently gotten back into drawing. Like, carry-a-sketchbook-around, 24-7-obsessed, back into drawing. My bestie has been wanting a drawing from me for ages and since I finally really feel like drawing again, I thought it'd be a perfect birthday gift. Problem is, I need to print out a pose to look at, because I can't look at my screen for too long or I'll get a headache. So I thought I'd finally hook my printer up again. NOPE. Printer says NO WAY NO HOW. It does NOT want to connect wirelessly no matter what the f I do so I have to wait until tomorrow to hook it up because now I have to go buy a new cord for it so the printer and computer can communicate.

FML YOU GUYS I JUST WANT TO DRAW GODDAMNIT.

And I found this PERFECT pose with these two girls laying together and...umm...it's not explicit really...although both are in very little clothing. The only other option I have to print is to email it to my mom, which I can't do because she'd be all like 'LISA YOU'RE DRAWING PORN?!?!' and I don't need to deal wit dat shit nope. She'd also start the whole 'ARE YOU GAAAAY!?' conversation which nope don't need dat shit neither, because yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm bi, but am I telling anyone when I'm not 100% sure? Nope nope nope.

So. Bad mood because no printer cord. F-WORDx100.

I feel you, sometimes I think printers set out to conspire against the human race in general. It's amazing that we're in 2018 and they are still a total nightmare all the time. Hope you get it sorted!

What model and manufacturer is it? I had so much trouble setting mine up wirelessly because the instructions left out a huge step about connecting it through the wi-fi. I about lost my effing mind trying to figure it out.

It's an HP. I looked online for at least an hour last night to try and find some how-to help, but by 11pm, I was all F THIS SHIT and went to bed. Got a wire for it today and it's working just fine.

Oh ok, I have a Canon and was thinking maybe I could help if we had the same one. I know what you mean, I was trying to get mine set up for three hours and broke down crying out of frustration ha. Well anyways at least it's working with a cord C:

Ugh, I sympathize with you! Printers are just evil. Mine ran out of ink and I haven't bothered to get a refill for it because I don't have that kind of money and I rarely need to print anything anyways. However, I've had to help my parents print stuff off at their place and their printer just WILL. NOT. BEHAVE! It seems to lose connection randomly. It'll print one job, then it won't print the next one and will go into sleep mode and then it won't respond to requests to start the next job. Grrr.

Ugghhhhh, so feel you on the ink cost. I went to Wal-Mart to buy mine because it's a lot cheaper there. Usually. Not so much this time. I spent about $50 on ink. So damn expensive for four tiny little plastic things of ink. You know the markup on these things has got to be ridiculous.
