Recently I adopted a Legeica and then completed a Merena's quest to turn it to hydrus. Since then I can't use this pet to battle because is saying that it's "recently transferred pet". Is it normal? When I'll be able to use it to batlle??

It is actually 30 days from when you accepted the pet. I took a peek and it seems shortly after next month starts you'll be able to battle with it. In that time just train :)

The thing that I didn't understand is that I adopted it from the pound like all the other pets, but the legeica is the only one that I can't use to battle :( But I'll keep training until next month :B

It might have been given to someone else a short time ago and then they decided to not keep it any longer. In this case I'd check each day.
