Not long after I joined, I grabbed a few of these tokens from donations thinking they would be useful. I have just never really understood how to use them. I read what little info there was in the FAQ just now but still not sure, especially when it comes to books. Also if the area where you make the stuff is zombie only, how am I supposed to access it?

it is sufficient for NPC Zosi that you have a zombie Skin. Skins are gotten during Survival if you don't have any, if you do have any they are in your Wardrobe under Skins.
