I was wondering if a person can use the self sticking service to raise the numbers on the achievement or another user would need to put stickers onto my collection?

self-stuck stickers do count toward the achievement count, yes.

Thank you for the info. It looks like I'll need to contact someone since mine hasn't moved at all after I had put two stickers in.

You have to view your collection to update the achievement
