Just wondering what this item does

It says "Use on ___" but I only bought it for Clary's TC.

Hmm. Ok :) I just didn't know why it said "Use on" whatever pet of your choice. At the bottom it said "Use item"

that is strange - maybe it gives your pet the minion? useable items usually just say "use item"

most of the plain named gems (sapphire, ruby, emerald etc) are stat-boosters. They boost for very little compared to their cost, so don't do it.
