I was wondering what happened when you abandon/adopt out a pet that has won the spotlight.

Do you lose your achievement count? Does your pet keep their trophy? Will the person win instead of you?

the trophy stays with the pet but i believe you keep your achievement count.

I've just tried myself and it did stay the same. Thank you.

that's what i figured, but i'd heard of people having issues with the achievement so i wasn't 100% sure if it was functioning as-intended.
