Hello I was wondering id it possible to bulk trade with someone?

I have someone buying everything in my shop (790 items) and i need to send the items to them Trades only allow 10 items per lot, and sending as a gift would take forever

are there any other options?

No, unfortunately trades or gifts are the only way. With a GA, you can send 10 items per gift box, but it's probably not going to be any faster than setting up trades
