Otherwise, how much would it cost to get a septum ring cw commissioned? I’m also curious as to whether or not you’re allowed to change the nose shape? Otherwise, it’d have to be something that is useable with most of the nose options and some of the onsite items as well.

You cannot change the shape of the nose, unfortunately. Base feature edits aren't allowed on the face, and by the sounds of it, they never will be allowed.
