Is it around 25th of this month like last year?

It varies. Last year they opened right at 12:01 am on the 25th. Other years its been closer to noon on the 25th instead of midnight. And other years there were glitched that delayed it.

For the purpose of gift giving, assume you have to be done before midnight tonight.

For the purpose of waiting eagerly for your own gifts, be patient and don't assume they'll be available before noon.
