I feel like this is a silly question but I haven't played in years and I can't seem to find it anymore haha

it is closed right now. It is opened up for special occasions only. It was opened up during the Black Friday sale, and is closed again until further notice. You can still pawn items, you just can't buy items until it is reopened. I am not 100% sure when that will be.
