This is a tier 9 weapon given out as a prize for the Morostide plot back in 2014. As far as stats go, they don't particularily appeal to me, so I suspect the value of this item will be based more on scarcity/novelty than functionality. That said, I have no idea what said value might be, as there are none in shops or trades as of posting. Any advice is appreciated.

This is an item that it's not meant to be this rare but still is. This was one of the prizes from the 2014 morostide event. I believe there should be around 100-250 of this item since the Tainted Keeper Skull Staff was for the top 50. People just dont seem to sell it. When it came out, people buy it for 40m from usershop. However, this item soon vanish from being sellable. As a battler I can tell you this is a very good weapon. I believe when I test this weapon with my high stats pet, 4k+ speed. It gave me 2% healing, 10% steal, 15% freeze, 16 icons of damage, and 25x3 of defense (dark, ice, wind), 4 mods. It contains an amazingly high freeze rate fuse with a steal rate. It's actually an amazing weapon with a random freezing set but not really usable otherwise. I could guess this item at this point is about 200m. Since it's not rare but people don't sell them. If you are selling you could easily ask for 1b. It might take quite a bit of time and discount to sell it at this price. Still, this prize is not as good as the staff or skelly scroll given out. I could compare it rarity wise to Charged Tower Shield. I still find shield so much better because it was meant as a saggi counter, Which I seen it sell this year from 50m ~ 180m, mostly because people sell without really knowing value and based it on price of 3 year ago.

It's one of those items that are not that visible, but also not that hard to track down. A lot of people have them stored away in their vaults if you ask them about the thing.

I disagree with it being a good weapon. Its a gimmick weapon. I don't think its actually efficient to use.
