I bought with CSC from the cash shop... the "BLACKLIGHT POTION" Is there only certain pets you can use this on? I tried on one of my pets, says "invalid combination"

I tried to use on my "Common Hikei". :-/

Not all pets have a blacklight color yet, which happens to include the Hikei. You can either save it or check Subeta Lodge for a current availability list.
