So, today Darkheart finally show up on Melody's Cottage, but I didn't receive a message telling me that I completed his achievement, I also got his prize and still no message...

That was completely my fault, I forgot to add the achievement back in (since we took it out last year for Melody's Anyu). Please make a ticket and a UA will award you the achievement <3

This happened for me too :/ My other achievements also seem to be working strangely. I'll go create a ticket for it, thanks for asking this question because I was confused too!
