I am just curious if MM is monitored by the site. Can people who continually sign up and send nothing continue to do so, or is there some checks and balances for it that bans people who never send anything?

According to Bug, there are logs. I can't say for sure how it works though, if the system flag for patterns or if staff have to look it up.

I don't think it is actively monitored. Yes, it was mentioned that if someone is harassing you or being mean using the MM feature, you can submit a ticket for the admins to look into it.

There's a feedback thread regarding this sort of thing, 's post that linked to is actually in that thread. You can read through it if you like, but I'm not sure if anything like this would be implemented this year or at all.

I assume it is because I was having issues where a MM was being extremely rude, and using items to insult me.I was told by a staff member to file a ticket as they can go back and check the logs.
