You mean as if the hair was under the clothes? It's just a layering problem, drag the "Hair" box to over the items you wish like you would do to a wig or any other item.

Not sure if a good explanation ;_; Just click and hold the box you want to move, anything "over" other boxes will also be over in the HA, including facial features and even the base itself.

The hair, eyes, nose, mouth, and base are all draggable layers in the left column in the Items tab, just like clothing. You can't remove them but you can move them independently up and down, even underneath each other or over everything else.

When you customize something in the Base tab, it is considered your "base" settings and it doesn't change the name of the base layers in the column under the Items tab. Look for "hair" (as circled in 's image) and try dragging it.

Some things on here are click to move, like the tree ornaments. (I invariably try to drag them up and down every time I go to edit my tree. LOL)
