I used to frag any junk items with a user shop price of under 500-1k sp, and rares that were under the price for a single crystal, but both of those things seem to be in short supply these days, since I left for at least a year and now everything is actually worth selling (wow, I never thought that would be a problem...XP)...so, any tip on good fragging items? Is it even worth fragging anything anymore?
i frag everything that is under 1k sp. Seems to do the trick for me
fragging has actually been made a LOT more rewarding - everything fraggable is guaranteed to provide AT LEAST one crystal. personally i remove all items from my shop priced under 10k to frag them. before the changes, i would average an approximately 50% return on fragging - if i fragged 200 items, i'd likely end up with about 100 crystals. now that return has skyrocketed to an average of 200% - fragging 200 items will usually result in about 400 crystals. so yes, fragging is absolutely still worthwhile.
I personally like to vend to the max limit and then frag everything that I do not want.
If you battle, you can go beyond 10 wins and frag the drops if you do not want them.
I haven't been running across anything that's under 1k, though, unless you mean just buying from the main shops.
I do not agree with . Fragmentizing has not been made more rewarding, because staff has admitted that because of the new fragmentizing scheme where everything gets at least one Humming Power Crystal, the price in crystals for new things in the Crystal Shop must go up. It has always been policy that things dropped in that shop to be pricey and to not undercut the few remaining items that are already out there for sale in usershops (if there are any) too much. This has not changed.
My own experience is that anything that is less than five thousand sP is going to be very hard to sell for anything other than fragmentizing or recycling. Things are not any easier to sell than they were any time after the quests were made super-easy and restocking was made price-supported. Maybe you've been gone longer?
I too, wonder what is finding in usershops that is fragmentizable that are priced less than 1000
I have no idea how long I've been gone, really, except that is was long enough that generally most things are actually worth selling in user shop now, whereas half the items on the site used to be worth less than the official shops the last time I played and not even worth stocking.
the average Subeta user at that time had around 9MsP. Now, it's 22MsP.
I personally just frag any extra junk I get from questing or vending, stuff that I don't want, because I'm too lazy to price my shop all the time and I don't usually have a gold account to autoprice with.
I vend and autoprice my shop then remove everything under 1k. Or 2k is it is very little
I used to take everything less than five thousand and put it in it's own shop to Autoprice-and-forget. I would then do a filter on that shop to sort out those items less than two thousand. Those items are few and far between.
I stopped doing that around six months ago because doing it just doesn't generate enough Humming Power Crysalts. Do you Vend or something?
well, i guess it depends on your level of need/desire to frag. i like to have a decent stockpile of crystals in my vault so i can turn them in when something i need is added to the shop (i like not being 'locked in' so i still have the ability to sell/trade the crystals if i ever needed to, even though i probably won't).
often there will be achievements for feeding/reading various themed items to your pet, and one or two of them will be basically unobtainiable. those are often eventually added to the crystal shop, so i wait for them to become available. also sometimes a friend will have something in there on their wl and i can buy it for them.
unless crystal shop prices increase more than fourfold, it's still worth it to me. but for someone else, maybe not.
We're not going to make every item in there more crystals. We've been slowly adding higher priced things to all special shops, not just Crystal Shop, so people have goals to work towards etc. When I restock the Token Shop, I like to have a good range of things (some cheaper items and some things on the higher end). We've been adding throughout the range for Recycle beast, etc.
