I'm having trouble getting my ornaments on my tree, What do i do?

If you go to that page, it should show the tree you've chosen and all of the ornaments you have put in your ornament inventory. You should just be able to click on the ornament images in the list and they'll show up, then you can drag them around on the tree image to put them how you want. You need to click the "Save Tree" button when you're done to save any changes.

If you're having trouble getting your tree's image to show up, you can try clearing your cache. Some browsers have been having problems displaying the trees, so if that still doesn't work you can visit this thread for more info or to add your browser info to let staff know you're having problems.
