So for a while I've been thinking about making a tribute pet to someone who was fascinated with Egypt. I've been thinking about these possible choices: Angel Donadak (rocks and archeology) and I really like the pose Reborn Donadak (same as above) Reborn Mahar (because treasure in pyramids) Angel Archan (since lions seem to have an Egyptian connection). I like the revamp it just got as well.
Anyone have any suggestions on which one is the best choice?

Ushabti is my Egyptian pet heh...she is a Noktoa because her focus is on death and possibly mummification (got to decide if im going that deep into it yet) and Owls were a symbol of death in Ancient Egypt.
She was also briefly a Feli because of Bastet, goddess of warfare.
Of your choices I would go for one of the two Donadaks because you could get a lovely overlay of an Egyptian desert scene on the back of one...lol...
I like your idea of treasures and rocks with a Donadak! It's a cool idea for the theme. The Angel Donadak is one of my favorites, but I think Reborn Donadak might be more fitting.
The fire in its hands reminds me of holding torches for lighting.
Old, worn-down statues. Could be cool as a representative of the sorts of things your character explores and studies.
Galactic has the ascendant, gold-embellished look to it that could help represent & explore the sides of Egyptian culture that deal with divinity, higher being/existence, and the afterlife.
I think of those choices I really like the reborn Mahar - it does look like he's exploring a pyramid, lighting up the wall to read some ancient hieroglyphics and just heard something menacing behind him so those 'lights' will have to be weapons now <3
I also like the darkmatter donadak - looks like he's investigating something at a dig site <3
