I want so badly to tell everyone I know that misophonia/misokinesia are real disorders, I'm not making this shit up, I would so not have it if I could, and please just try to fucking understand. I'm not asking that you like me telling you to please stop tapping the table or whistling or bouncing your knee, or whatever...just simply stop and try to see where I'm coming from. I'm not trying to be a bitch, I'm not trying to control you, I just honest-to-God can't fucking help it.

I would also like everyone to know that depression and anxiety are also very real and at some times, very fucking hard to deal with. Some days, just making myself get out of bed and get my ass to work is a huge deal. If I make it through the work day without wanting to cry or just quit and be homeless, it's a huge deal. It's not something I can just 'get over'. I can't just 'be happy'. And you telling me to just makes it so much worse. Don't you fucking think that if I could be happy all the time I goddamn would?! Newsflash, assholes, being depressed and anxious all the time is not in the least bit fun. Wow, I know. I'm not asking you to cure me or commiserate - I just want a little understanding.

To those who wear perfume. Or more accurately, to those who smell like they fucking marinate in perfume overnight. JFC can you not smell how overwhelming you are?! Do you not see my eyes watering and hear me gagging? I really kind of like breathing. And when you come by my desk smelling like a flower shop blew up all over you, it's just not cool! Especially here at work, a place with seniors who have breathing problems!

Smokers. I understand you don't want to stand out in the rain/snow/sun/whatever, and it's much more comfortable to smoke under the overhang in front of the door to a building, but please for the love of whatever you find holy, think of those of us who are fucking allergic to your cigarette/cigar/etc and stand at least 50 feet away from the doors to any public place. The same as the perfume problem, I would like to keep breathing and not die.

My dream being to join Sea Shepherd, to be a part of what they do, is not stupid. I care a whole fucking lot about what they do and ocean conservation is extremely important to me. Telling me I can't do it is just a dick move. I fucking know I can't do it right now, because I'm goddamn broke and I need to lose weight/get in shape. But once those things are settled, I'm going to join them and if you try to hold me back, I can't be responsible for your health.

I'd love to tell my next door neighbors that just because my husband is at work that doesn't mean they get to use his parking space for visitors.

Husband is a care worker so he's in and out all day and it's infuriating when he comes back and his space is taken by them. It means he has to park way down the street and if he's only going to be home for half an hour that 5 minutes walk really eats into his time. Bah.

I want to tell more people in real life that I'm Asexual, but my family members think that I've just lost interest in relationships and sexual stuff because I had a boyfriend who abused me. The truth is, I've always been Asexual, I just didn't know it until after that bad relationship. When I found out from reading online, everything made more sense. I thought my lack of interest was just because I was more immature and naive. I might have become Aromantic too. When I was younger, I thought I wanted a boyfriend, but I might have just wanted a close friend. I was confused about what I really wanted, but I understand now. I don't want to share my life with anyone who isn't family, and even then, I still have some secrets to hide. I do want to have kids, but I don't need to be in a committed relationship for that.

What I'm saying is, I want to be able to tell people I'm Asexual without them thinking it's just a phase or I haven't found the right person yet.

Honestly I just want people to know that ADHD is a real thing that exists and I probably function a whole lot differently as to them in regards to having my life in order.

I'd love to tell everyone (especially my family) that I don't want them to think badly about me just because I am quitting university. I am not 'too dumb' for university, I am not 'too lazy' for university and I am NOT weak for quitting. I just want to do something else, that is all. I will start teachers training next year and I will still be getting an education, I will still be getting a job so I don't get what the problem is. University is not inherently 'better' than other forms of education (at least to me) and I wish my family would understand that point of view.

that you shouldn't spend all day at work making personal phone calls while some people are trying to actually work. there would be a few swear words in there too.

I'm gonna go with "Meow". Mostly because it's a crazy time of year, and I feel like people would probably be slightly less stressed if they were suddenly reminded of how rad cats are.

I have an ex-friend who I haven't spoken to since October 2016 and she always used to whine about how she wished she could do musical theater but wah wah all the reasons her dream would never come true.

I wish I could tell her I'm playing the lead in a local production, just to rub it in her face, but I'm not going to reopen communication for that so it'll never happen. But man. She always had such a complex about being a better singer than me and all her friends being better singers than me, and now I feel like I was good enough all along and she just wanted to keep me feeling inferior to her.

Whatever. Happiness is the best revenge. I'm proud of myself and having a great time...but I still wish I could rub it in her face.

I wish I could tell way too many people way too many things.

I have a few things I wish to say:

• I cannot help my misophonia. I cannot help that I don't have a way to deal with it currently either because I have no working music player. Or I'd drown out the sound of snores at night with sweet sweet music.

• I wish to tell those I haven't come out to that I'm genderfluid. My closest friends already know. My girlfriend knows though I let her use one set of preferred pronouns rather than change to the other.

• I wish to tell folks that "they" counts as a valid gender-neutral pronoun. It's my preferred gender neutral.

• I wish to tell people that cats are just as loyal as dogs. You just gotta treat them with KINDNESS. You know, like you would a dog. I mean, after all, cats are emotionally similar to humans--they have similar amygdalas.

• Last: I wish to tell folks that sweary coloring books are the best stress-reliever I've ever had and if they like swear words and stuff, those things are a blessing.

My issue is that I don't need a partner for anything. Not that, or that, and especially not THAT.

The concept of family has limited significance to me, I don't have to add to that to be a family man.

I wish I could tell my family that I'm chronically mentally ill, but I know they will pity me/make it all about them/perceive me differently forever. I like being perceived as normal, because I am extremely highfunctioning, but I don't know how long I can keep pretending that nothing's wrong. They don't understand that they don't mean everything to me, and just because they believe I can tell them everything doesn't mean it's true.

I wish I could tell the entire human race how much they fail as a species. They always make the same mistakes over and over again as if they expected a different result and act surprised when it goes wrong as usual. They stab in the back those who were kind to them and even go out as to destroy them completely. There are people who are willing to murder others because they have different political views, religions, lifestyles or even simply for existing. They ruin perfectly good things and feel so accomplished they never change it back to the way it was.

So yeah, I hate my own species.

I have a very old, very sick dog. She has degenerative myelopathy. It's a degenerative disease where the dog slowly becomes paralyzed. It can take anywhere from 6 months to 3 years to be fatal. She can't walk well, and falls often. I have to help her, and clean up her mess often. Between my husband and myself, we have to let her outside every 2-3 hours, day or night. Often, she has accidents while she sleeps, not knowing she had to go outside. So we clean her, and the mess up about 3-4 times a day.

I don't leave home to do anything fun because I feel guilty. If I were to come back home and find my dog in her own waste, I would not forgive myself. I love my dog, so much. She's my little girl. She's not ready to be put down, as she still enjoys what little she can do. But I really hope she lays down for a nap one day and doesn't wake up.
