Hi! I'm looking to commission an artist for a wig based on Ciel Phantomhive's hair in Black Butler!

I'm not entirely sure what could be done for changes, except maybe uncrossing/untucking certain strands, making it more blue, and making it look a little realistic.

For the thumbnail, I was thinking a little lollipop like Ciel's company makes, but with a Neela on the wrapper and the words "Phantom Candy" instead of "Funtom's Candy" :D
